Booking & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellations outside of 30 day stay will incur a $75 admin fee however this will be waived if you move your booking date once (subject to availability). Cancellations within the 30 day stay forfeit full payment.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of travel.
We take Visa or Mastercard only.
We do not request a bond, however on confirmation of booking you will be required to produce a credit card to be recorded for security purposes. It will be used to pay for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared i.e. any breach of these conditions.
Self check-in details are provided by email once full payment is made for your stay. You will also be sent a text message within 7 days of your stay re-confirming your self check-in details.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in after 2pm. Check-out before 10am.
If you fail to check-in by midnight on your scheduled arrival day, we will consider that as a no show. There are no refunds for no shows.
We accept credit card payment via phone and online payments with Visa and Mastercard only (a 1.75% fee is payable on credit card payments).
Children and Infants
We welcome children of all ages. Infants (0 to 12 months) are free of charge and a cot and high chair is available on request. Children older than 1 year of age qualify for our rates or are charged at our normal additional guest rate.
We do not allow pets.
Our rates are based on two guests. Extra guests are an additional fee ($50 per person).
We do allow our facilities to be used as a venue for small group events or weddings. Please refer to our Stay & Play package.
For safety reasons, our maintenance staff reserve the right to enter the property at any time to repair any fault.
Smoking inside or outside of Tanunda Cottages is prohibited.
Loss of Keys will incur a $50.00 replacement charge.
You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms, bushfires or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation thereto.
You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.
